Studio Red is designed from the ground up to fill the void in hireable production facilities in Melbourne.
The custom-designed photographic studio features everything you need to shoot your next stills or motion project and/or , if sound is required, we have a seperate soundproof suite to shoot 100% to camera or record your podcast or soundtrack
Studio Red is conveniently located in Abbotsford, less than 4kms from the CBD, and 24 kms from Tullamarine Airport. It is within walking distance to Collingwood and North Richmond train stations with several tram stops nearby.
There’s plenty of free, short-term parking around the studio with ground floor access via our private laneway.

This versatile space features a clean 5.7-metre cyclorama, with top and bottom curves and plenty of clearance, thanks to a 4.2-metre-high ceiling. There’s even a manhole in the ceiling for perfect overhead shots.
You will also have use of a private H&MU room, bathroom (with separate toilet), kitchenette with microwave and fridge, heating and cooling, digital sound speaker and of course, WIFI.
